Overview — How LUDIFU Delivers
LUDIFU operates across digital services and physical products. The delivery method depends on the product or service you have purchased.
1. Digital Services — LUDIFU Academy
Course Access
Upon successful enrolment and payment confirmation, you will receive your Zoom session link and onboarding details via WhatsApp and/or email within 1 working day.
Workshop Access
Upon booking a free workshop, you will receive your session link via WhatsApp within 24 hours of registration, and a reminder will be sent 1 hour before the session begins.
Recordings & Course Materials
Where included as part of your course, recordings and supplementary materials are shared via a secure link within 48 hours of each live session.
There are no shipping charges for any digital LUDIFU Academy product. All course access is delivered digitally.
2. Physical Shipping — LUDIFU PhotoBooks
LUDIFU PhotoBooks are handcrafted, custom products. The production and delivery process follows the timeline below.

Exact delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of your order based on your pincode and book specifications.
Packaging
Every PhotoBook is packed in protective custom packaging designed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take full responsibility for damage caused during transit due to inadequate packaging on our part.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of order. LUDIFU is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier name will be shared with you via WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) and peak periods, production and delivery timelines may be extended by 3–5 additional working days. We will notify you of any delays proactively.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
In the unlikely event your PhotoBook arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order reference and photographs (if damaged). We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement where applicable.
