1. About LUDIFU

LUDIFU ("Let Us Do It For U") is a Mumbai-based family of ventures operating across education, business operations software, WhatsApp automation, event wishes, and premium photobooks. Our ventures include LUDIFU Academy, Clicarity, WA.Expert, ClickToWish.com, and LUDIFU PhotoBooks.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LUDIFU website (ludifu.com) and all sub-pages, products, and services offered under the LUDIFU brand unless a separate agreement applies (as in the case of Clicarity and WA.Expert, which maintain their own terms).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, enrolling in a course, purchasing a PhotoBook, or using any LUDIFU service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. LUDIFU Academy — Course Terms

Enrolment

Course enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Seats are limited for each live cohort and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Access & Usage

• Course access, recordings, and materials are for the enrolled individual only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or reproducing any session content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• LUDIFU reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable advance notice.

Certificates

Certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of course requirements. LUDIFU Academy certificates are proprietary credentials issued by LUDIFU and are not affiliated with any government body or university unless explicitly stated.

Free Workshops

Free workshops are open to all and are provided at no charge. They are subject to seat availability. LUDIFU reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule free workshops at any time.

4. LUDIFU PhotoBooks — Order Terms

All PhotoBook orders are custom-made to order and are therefore non-returnable once production has commenced. By confirming an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Final design approval is your responsibility before production begins.
• Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• LUDIFU is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete content submitted by the customer.
• Pricing is as listed on the website at the time of enquiry. LUDIFU reserves the right to revise prices with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ludifu.com — including text, graphics, course materials, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of LUDIFU and its respective ventures. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use LUDIFU services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate applicable Indian law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or LUDIFU staff.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with LUDIFU.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any LUDIFU system or platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

LUDIFU provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, business results, or any other outcomes as a result of using our products or completing our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUDIFU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
