Automation Specialist
Clicarity & WA.Expert
Build on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API — chatbot flows, message templates, webhooks and the integration layer connecting WA.Expert to Shopify, Zoho, Tally and Razorpay. The same infrastructure also drives notifications inside Clicarity.
3-Month Internship → Full-Time
Web Development
Clicarity & WA.Expert
Node.js, React.js and PostgreSQL across both products — Clicarity's workflow, order and inventory modules, and WA.Expert's dashboard and team inbox. You will be committing to codebases that businesses depend on the same week.

Sit alongside the Founder across pricing research, competitive analysis, partner conversations and operating reviews spanning every LUDIFU venture. Requires genuinely strong written English and real fluency in Excel or Sheets — this is an analytical role, not an administrative one.

Operations Associate
Clicarity
Own the repeatable parts of running a SaaS business — customer onboarding sequences, vendor coordination, internal documentation and the process design that keeps a small team from drowning as customer count grows.

Product Manager
Clicarity & WA.Expert
Translate what manufacturing customers actually ask for into specifications engineering can build. Wireframes, requirement documents and roadmap sequencing across Clicarity's module set and WA.Expert's platform features.

Clicarity & WA.Expert
Turn what both products record into numbers the business can act on. Build the recurring reports — product usage, billing, support load, campaign delivery — and keep them accurate enough that decisions get made from your sheet rather than from someone's memory. Heavy Excel and Google Sheets, sitting with the Founder on what gets measured and why.

Are these roles remote or on-site?🔗
All roles, internship and full-time, are on-site at our Lower Parel West office in Mumbai. Office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. If you are not based in Mumbai, please factor in relocation before applying.
Can I apply for more than one role?🔗
Yes. Send a separate WhatsApp message for each role you're genuinely interested in, so we can route your CV correctly.
Can an internship convert to a full-time role?🔗
That is the whole design. Every role here begins as a paid three-month internship, and full-time is what it is meant to lead to. We do not put freshers straight into permanent seats — three months of real work on a live product tells us far more than an interview does, and it tells you just as much about whether you want to stay. It is not automatic and it depends on how the three months go and what the business needs at the time, but it is the only route we run, so nobody is stuck in a side track.
Do you offer a certificate or letter?🔗
Yes — a completion certificate and a letter of recommendation are provided at the end of a satisfactorily completed internship.
I am still studying — can I work around my college schedule?🔗
Yes. There are two shifts — 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM at ₹10,000–12,000 a month, or 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM at ₹6,000–8,000. Pick whichever fits around lectures and practicals. The form asks for your college timings precisely so we can plan around them.
Why do you ask about travel time?🔗
Because it is the single most common reason people leave in the first month. A 90-minute each-way commute sounds manageable in September and stops being manageable by October. We would rather know upfront and plan around it than lose you three weeks in.
What if my marks are below 75%?🔗
Apply anyway. The 75% mark is what we look for, not a wall — it exists because consistency across school years has predicted how people do here better than any single final score. Plenty of people we have hired did not clear it on paper. Use the last box on the form, Anything else you'd like us to know, for whatever you think we would miss by reading only the numbers.
Why do you ask about my family?🔗
It is a standard first-round question we ask every internship applicant — nothing more. It gives the first conversation a starting point and helps us get to know you as a person rather than a CV. It is not scored and plays no part in the academic criteria. A short answer is completely fine.
Who do I actually report to?🔗
Directly to the Founder, or to whoever the Founder designates for your specific role. There is no additional management layer at LUDIFU's current size.
