Both are hiring for September 2026 — internships and full-time roles — reporting directly to the Founder, with no management layer in between.

LUDIFU has never hired a manager. You report to the Founder directly, which means you see how decisions get made and why — not just the task that lands on your desk.

Clicarity is a manufacturing execution system used daily across printing, packaging, steel and engineering firms. WA.Expert is a WhatsApp Business API platform with 1,000+ integrations. The same infrastructure work touches both.

Production, not sandbox
Code you write ships to businesses running live operations on it. There is no training project, no shadow environment, and no six-week onboarding before you touch anything real.

Build on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API — chatbot flows, message templates, webhooks and the integration layer connecting WA.Expert to Shopify, Zoho, Tally and Razorpay. The same infrastructure also drives notifications inside Clicarity.

Clicarity & WA.Expert
Node.js, React.js and PostgreSQL across both products — Clicarity's workflow, order and inventory modules, and WA.Expert's dashboard and team inbox. You will be committing to codebases that businesses depend on the same week.

Sit alongside the Founder across pricing research, competitive analysis, partner conversations and operating reviews spanning every LUDIFU venture. Requires genuinely strong written English and real fluency in Excel or Sheets — this is an analytical role, not an administrative one.

Before You Apply.
Are these roles remote or on-site?
All roles, internship and full-time, are on-site at our Lower Parel West office in Mumbai. Office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. If you are not based in Mumbai, please factor in relocation before applying.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Send a separate WhatsApp message for each role you're genuinely interested in, so we can route your CV correctly.
Can an internship convert to a full-time role?
Yes. Strong performers are regularly considered for full-time positions or extensions, based on business need at the time. It is not guaranteed, but it is a genuine path — several roles listed here are open to both internship and full-time candidates from the outset.
Do you offer a certificate or letter?
Yes — a completion certificate and a letter of recommendation are provided at the end of a satisfactorily completed internship.
Can I work around my college schedule?
If you have college commitments or exams, a reduced schedule can be agreed upfront. Discuss it when you apply rather than after joining.
Why do you ask about travel time?
Because it is the single most common reason people leave in the first month. A 90-minute each-way commute sounds manageable in September and stops being manageable by October. We would rather know upfront and plan around it than lose you three weeks in.
Who do I actually report to?
Directly to the Founder, or to whoever the Founder designates for your specific role. There is no additional management layer at LUDIFU's current size.
